I live in Indianapolis Indiana and have purchased four vacation condos in the Madeira Beach, Treasure Island area, with the help of Troy Walseth and the Lockhart Walseth Team. Troy has always guided me in the right direction and has went above and beyond for me many times. This is our second time using Lockhart & Walseth and it definitely won’t be our last! Wendy is hands down the BEST in the business and everyone on her team follows suit. You won’t lose a single moment of sleep worrying about whether your agent is doing everything they can to make sure you have a good experience (even in this crazy market). They go above and beyond! Kibbee Jelks stuck with us through the ups and the downs. He answered my calls, texts and questions DAY OR NIGHT (and I had a lot of questions ud83dude04). He is so knowledgeable when it comes to investments and the absolute nicest guy out there! Look no further, this is the team you want when you’re ready to buy or sell.

My husband and I have had two excellent experiences with the team here. We sold our house with Tim in Dec. Tim did an wonderful job with identifying the proper price range, communicating with us, and working to close the deal. The team that did our photos were amazing too that they selected. Very professional, numerous photos to give our house the best chance for success.nnJust this month we bought a piece of property with Kibbee. Kibbee did an excellent job working with us to put in numerous offers until we landed the one we closed on. He worked with us through a few unexpected challenges upon inspection and did a great job working with the other agent, who was less responsive. He worked to make sure we had everything we needed, even our smallest asks. The closing team also worked to get last minute details with the seller's choice of title companies that didn't have their stuff together in the 11th hour.nnIn short, the whole team made us feel like our transactions were important, no matter the size. That kind of service is greatly appreciated.
