Possibly the worst experience I've ever had with a realtor. Jill Helgren was my realtor . She overvalued my property by 30K .nThen my air handler decided to start leaking .nUnfortunately I was out of town and.wasnt notified until a considerable amount of time later.nOn my return, in the closet and bedroom floor was a huge puddle. She just left it. Then she had nerve to scold me about blk mold.nAbout as unprofessional as it gets.
