I would recommend Eric Zumwalt because he is a dedicated agent for the consumer. He works well in negotiations and making sure you get the dream home that although, may not be in your budget you very well stand a good chance at making it happen. As a buyer making sure you have a list of needs and setting your budget will help you to narrow the search some. Again Eric Zumwalt is amazing at finding the homes to best suite your needs so that way your not missing out on houses that are in your budget and would otherwise sell fast, by not wasting time on showing you properties that aren't necessarily what you want or need for your situation. Whatever stage of life you are in Eric Zumwalt is the best agent when it comes to purchasing property, with him you know you are in good hands.

Eric took us from the very beginning and was always in contact with us on the status of the sales process. We were never uninformed. I would also like to say that he made my wife and I very comfortable during the whole sales and buying process. It was an excellent experience! Job well done!
