When I'll be able to use the Gym and the pool?nWhen is the day we will be trusted by them to used this out the office hours? The gym its been for the whole year closed and always for something diferent.nI really need a good reason to get the point of the gym.nWhy not scheduled like the pool, we can clean everything at the end.nWhy we are restricted to they schedule time? I'm not trusted enough to used the common out they office hours? That hurt!!

They boot your car even if you live in the neighborhood complex.nFirst time I was booted for an expired registration. I don't think I should've been booted. They could've gave me a warning but at least there was a reason. I paid for a registration and got my car boot removed for 90 dollars. Then 3 weeks later they boot my car for the same thing. I never got my yellow sticker in the mail after a week and a half so I ordered a replacement registration. Still didn't get it after a week and a half. I have to drive to Miami to get it now and pay 150 dollars to remove the boot. I pleaded with the lady in charge at enforced by elite, the company they use but she didn't care. They didn't even check the plate to see if it was registered or not. They are just looking for extra money in their pockets, they don't care if its coming from the residents or not. I don't feel safe in my own neighborhood.

Don't waste your valuable time and money with these people. People that work for this company have no moral values. If I can rate this place with a zero star I would.

I've lived in the neighborhood since 2016 and moved out recently. I was happy to see the new management take pride in their property and the apartments through remodeling, and an upgrade to security. The maintenance team is also hard working.

When I first moved here 2 years ago the staff was amazing. Their customer service was excellent. Now they have new staffing and they are horrible. I've spoken to several other tenants who feel The same. The new property manager is no better. Stay away from this place. Read the reviews. Can't wait for my lease to be up so I can run.
