Bernard did an an amazing job with cleaning our home's carpets. We will for sure be using Conway Carpet Cleaning Service again in the future. They got our all of the stains and also left a huge bottle of spot cleaner behind in case the cat gets sick again. He also offered to come back out and spot clean if she had any other accidents in the near future. He was great to work with, the lady that help to schedule the appointment over the phone was helpful and sweet. The whole experience was impressive .
What can I say! We needed someone to come clean our couches and floors for a party. The techs arrived on time to our home. They took all the old water stains from our canvas couches. They look new again. . I've hired a number of couch cleaning companies and I've never been satisfied with the work before now. Today my couch was taken completely apart and every square inch of the couch and cushions were cleaned thoroughly and it's amazing! We are so happy with the work they did and have finally found a company we'll call again.
Terrific experience! They were prompt and very thorough. My carpets looked almost brand new considering they had been cleaned once in the 5 years that I lived here. I would definitely use them again. I have already recommended them to my friends!
Bernard asked for pictures, did research, asked colleagues, and came out to my house with his best plan. After analyzing the stains and trying a small test area, he recommended against cleaning the fabric. I surely appreciate his competence and solid advice. If he cant clean it, no one can.
I would definitely recommend Conway Carpet Cleaning Service. They made the whole cleaning process easy for me with great results. It was easy to schedule the appointment and they showed up on time, were friendly and respectful.They did an excellent job cleaning my carpets .I will highly recommend them to anyone.
