Gary has been my moms realtor for over 30 years and when I needed his help with the rebuild of my kitchen he came through and got it done fast. The insurance company was supposed to do the rebuild and after they got rid of the mold in the ceiling and walls decided that they weren't going to do the rebuild. I was informed of this 3 weeks before I was supposed to move back home with my 6 year old son and 1 year old daughter. It was a horrible mess but I talked to Gary and in 5 days time he lined up the dry wall company and got a painter in there and lined up a kitchen expert to do the kitchen remodel. And everything got done in the 3 weeks and we got to come back home to a beautiful house and amazing kitchen. He even put up the 12,270 out of his own pocket for the job to get done on time and then waited for the insurance company to release the money to us. He was simply amazing and a God sent to me and my kids! I wish I could post the before and after photos to show how amazing the house looks now! I'm grateful for Gary Heiser and everyone else that he had help with the job! Thank you so much!

I lived at one of his apartments buildings off of northlake for 2 years, and anytime there was a problem that needed fixing it would take him an eternity to come and take a look at it specifically my garbage disposal that leaked anytime we used the sink! Ended up sending his elderly father to come fix it granted that man could barely make it up the steps and even then i ended up paying out of my own pocket to have much more fixed and have my own father do the fixing, and when i showed him the receipts to reimburse me he told me he would take it off my rent, only to come next month that he didnt, and would have to fight with him to remember what he promised, then out of no where he sells the building to a drug rehab, and gave us 30days to get out, with no prior notice to let us know he was thinking of selling! And at the end we were charged with so many additional cost, went to court and he never showed, he was always rude and talked down to me, and my boyfriend who was on the lease with me was interrogated by Gary once because Gary didnt take the time to get to know him because he was black and assumed he didnt live at his apartment, DO NOT RENT OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Gary rented a unit with black mold and refused to take care of it for months. It was bad enough risking my own health but I also have a 2 year old daughter. That I would have to make other plans then to be able to bring her to my own place due to the extreme health risk of black mold. And when I finally moved out a month early he took me to court for over $4,000 and essentialy tried to blame me for him not fixing the problem saying that I didn't complain enough and didn't seem to be upset about it. Definition of slum lord.
