All his apartments got bad roach problems and they're hot as hell because theres no central ac circulation. In south florida central ac is a must. No one wants to be sweating in their bed in the middle of the night. I bought 3 fans for my room and it was still hot. Find another landlord, this one dont care about his tenants.

While sunny is very lenient and can be kind I am Highly disappointed in his display of greed (maybe ignorance), my room was vandalized after my lease ended and because the person stated to sunny that I let them in (they were a guest before but told not to ever return and did have knowledge of vacancy but mind you no contact was made with me to see if claims were true & if I did let them in there would’ve been no need to break in for entry) proceeded to charge me a hefty fee of almost $400 weeks after I reported the issue to him. In lighter note the only reason I’m giving 1 star is because The maintenance guy does his job (cheap repairs) but response swiftly & the front desk lady in the office is beyond kind. They share the star. Could go on but If you want to save and see it fit go for it other than that look elsewhere.. will pay my fees and keep it moving

My voucher was going to expire and my caseworker at section 8 told me to call Mr. Sonny. He was very nice and filled out my landlord packet the same day I saw the place and even emailed it to my caseworker because I didnt have transportation.The place passed inspection and I moved in the place in one week. I didnt even have to pay any application fees.
