I would like to share my experience working with Sandro of Oasis Capital Solutions. Because of the assistance rendered by Sandro and the Oasis Team we were able to find a beautiful rental property to be in sunny Florida over three months to escape the worst of winter in Washington DC. Oasis Capital manages our Beach House on Nettles Island. They were terrific from soup to nuts. When we originally wanted to acquire a new investment property in South Florida, they sent us a list of viable options, worked the showings around our schedule (no small feat since we are based in Charlotte, NC), helped us select and purchase the best opportunity and signed a long term renter quickly after closing. I would highly recommend their property management services for anyone looking for a partial or full year property manager.
