Hello. I have used Equinox several times in repairs. Oscar and Angel are Awesome! They Always have the solution to my repair needs and its always top Quality and Affordable. Nice, friendly staff! They are very welcoming and professional! The apartments are nice and well maintained and the location is great. Can only recommend to rent at this place!

Equinox realty is very professional and it was overall a great experience living in one of their apartments ! Unfortunately we have to move because we need more space and our family is expanding but Oscar did try and keep us at his additional properties but we just were looking for something different.When ever anything was not working or we had an issue Oscar always had someone either come out the same day or the next to make the repairs. When we initially moved in in August 2018 Oscar went out of his way to make sure that we felt at home. I would definitely lease with Equinox realty again and would encourage others to do so!

Warning they will take your moneynApplied for one there places only to wait 4 days for my application to process only to get denied didn’t receive a reason for denial. Do not give them any money they will take your money
