All I can say is WOW and Thank you guys. I moved to St Cloud from NJ and came accross this office while touring one of their open house homes. From the first day Stan Watts and Jose Tovar have been nothing but an amazing team. They had me on all kinds of auto emails and made sure they were always available at a moments notice to go view houses in this crazy market. They helped guide me to make sure my offer was competative due to so many buyers and almost no inventory in the area. Their online paperwork process was easy to use and we where able to do the contract right there in the driveway within mins. They are hands down the best real estate office I have used in my many years of living in central fl. I walked into their office without an appt and unsure if they would be able to help me, espeically with all that is going on with covid. I was greated by a very friendly assistant who was wearing a mask. I was asked to sit in their conference room, which cleaned right before i was allowed to walk in. They had an agent with me within minutes of walking in the door. I had a very complicated sale of a property that we inherited and was unsure of what laws applied and how the sale would affect me. Their broker Emidio sat with us and the other agent and went over all the office had to offer. They also got the title company on the phone to go over all that was needed for them to process the paperwork. My house was listed in a very quick timeframe, they did a wonderful 3d tour for clients to view, it was listed on any real estate site I could think of. We were very lucky and got multiple offers within the first week on the market. The stafe at the office was very nice, and had all the offers laid out for us to review with key dates and notes of each offer attached. We ended up selling our home for almost 20k more than our orignal list price! The office was there for us the entire time from start to finish. No matter what we needed, they made sure we got our answers and in a very quick time as well.nnWe are truly grateful to this office. No matter what we need, they will be our go to office.
