Literally told me my move in date, took my money and when the date came there was no electricity, usually you’re supposed to just transfer over utilities, and if that were the case I should’ve been told and the contract should’ve been done the day I was actually able to live in/move in. Now I received my “mailbox key” and realtor doesn’t know which box is my mailbox, and also proceeded to tell me the mailbox key is wrong after I received the key from a “handyman” who came to fix a leak in my sink. Every time I call for help Laura answers and stays silent, until I say “hello?” And gets defensive when something’s done wrong. I feel like I’ve had to do all the work, I feel like I’m the landlord it’s pathetic.

Maureen helped me buy and sell, she went above & beyond with both. I would highly recommend her, she is friendly and very professional, and will get the job done.
