Crew arrived right on time and did an excellent job cleaning our tile floor and sealing grout. Very respectful of our home and time - leaving behind a fresh clean scent. Quote visit was very convenient and no surprise charges after the work was complete. Will absolutely use their services again and highly recommend.

I was ready to replace my carpets. My sister told me to call Eco-Steam Carpet Cleaning and it was the best decision I've ever made! My carpets look amazing!! I never thought I could see my carpets as good as new. The technician was very professional. Excellent customer service. I am definitely using you guys from now on!

My experience with this company was horrible!! The WORST customer service! They give you a window of time, at the end of that window they called and said they’d be here 30-45 minutes. 65! Minutes later they showed. I called to talk to owner or manager, they said they would have them contact me back...never did! The tech finally showed up, offered no apology for his tardiness was just dismissive. He gave me a quote, I asked for a discount for the time he was late which has now put me late for my next appointment. He No. I own multiple units and they could have had a nice account. I will NEVER use this company!
