I’ve been coming to this place for a while and it’s great except for the staff. They’re rude and don’t care. I had put my clothes and money in one of the four load machines and when I went to close the door it stopped working and wouldn’t start. The attendant said that she couldn’t refund me any of it because she didn’t see me put the money in. I had another load washing, waited for it to finish and didn’t even bother drying it. I’m never going there again.
Nice facility but horrendous staff as far as the one blonde female attendant by the name of Amy I came across she was unprofessional, beyond rude and had no problem spewing profanity at the customers spending money at this business that essentially pays her wages and allows her to have a job. Looking at previous reviews im guessing this is the same attendant many others have had horrible encounters with as well and yet there has been no change by management to fix this ongoing problem. I have contacted management and hope they will finally do something about this employee who fears no consequences to treating customers like they are scum. Will provide an update.
Clean friendly attendent, small needs more tables
There was a nasty person working there on Saturday unbelievable how nasty she was I will never go in there again for anything
