I needed to update this. We rented a chipper, it was delivered to us Saturday afternoon. We were able to use it that Saturday night. The following Sunday morning when I went to resume work I was unable to get the chipper to work properly. It would reverse feed but would not actuate forward feed. The check engine light had come on that Sunday morning and it read that oil was needed. We called and left a message Sunday but never received a call back. Monday morning while in a conference call with work,, they came and picked up the chipper with out our being aware they'd been there. We wanted to fill up the gas with them there before they took it. Still waiting for a call back.nThis is not our first time with rental world and ill update when our issue is resolved. We love rental world ud83eudd70

Rental world is my bread and butter! All the equipment I ever need to get the job done. I will never go anywhere else. Chris the manager is extremely knowledgeable of everything he rents out. Always helpful. From my lawn business over 10 years ago to my tree business now. My home away from home. Every employee there from the office staff,mechanics to the good guys that load me up every week. Excellent!!! ud83dudc4c
