I had a really wonderful experience with Powell real estate group. My realtor was Autumn Fielding. She helped me to find a house and she was very professional and responsible. She always responded to my request immediately and showed me a lot of houses without any complaints. What I liked the most - she never tried to push me to make an offer but always showed me all the pros and cons

Powell Real Estate Group has been professional and an enjoyable company to work with in every interaction we’ve had. I was impressed in particular with a few aspects of our recent home sale. For one, Chris knows the local market extremely well in terms of trends and pricing and actually advised us on both timing and pricing, which ended up working out really nicely. He also knows how to list a house and get results. I was worried that our house was a little funky with some 70’s style angles and wouldn’t attract visits, but Chris knew what to say in the listing and how to price to drive traffic and we went under contract on a unique house in 6 days for what I thought was an exceptional offer. Additionally, Chris was super responsive. For example, after we got an offer in the evening we decided that tonight to accept it. He stayed up late to write an acceptance to the offer at 9 or 10pm. I would use Chris again and would recommend him to friends.

Chris has helped us buy our first home and also sell it years later. Buying and selling can be stressful. Chris helped the process go smooth and helped ease our concerns. He was so patient with us and never pushed us into decisions. He is so honest. I trust him and will call him for all my real estate needs. He really knows the area and is very quick to respond to questions. Chris is truly a good person and has an excellent business. He is definitely one you can trust!
