Kelly Right Real Estate was the listing agent on the home we just purchased last week and we are so incredibly disappointed. Not only was the house FILTHY when we got our keys (it was very clean both times we viewed it & at inspection) the windows to our downstairs were open and it was very apparent that squatters had been here. Our garage door was broken in to and the door will now need replaced. Additionally, the lawn was left to grow (almost knee high) for the entire time our property was under contract. When we went out to work on the yard, there was dog poop EVERYWHERE. The floors in the home were so dirty that while painting, our feet turned black.nThe icing on the cake is the unpaid invoice for the appraiser to come back for a reappraisal once safety hazards were fixed. The listing agent called our agent and told him things were done and ready for the appraiser to come back. Not once, but twice the appraiser came out and the fixed that the listing agent said were complete were not.nWe are extremely disappointed. When you get your keys, the home is supposed to be in the same, if not better, condition as it was in when you put it under contract. Shame on you, Kelly Right Real Estate for not taking any sort of responsibility for your listings.nOh, and the microwave in my contract was removed from the home prior to my move it. So that’s another cost I shouldn’t have to be paying.
