I have worked with Debbie Pfeifer for years now as she has managed several of my properties. She has been proactive about issues, and open to different solutions. She is very good with communication and will also address small concerns adequately and autonomously. Her attentions to the property are reasonable and well executed.nDebbie is not my only property manager, but she is one of the best. I recommend working with her if you would like your property to be treated well, the tenants to be treated fairly, and the peace of mind that the property is competently being cared for.

SVN always takes great care of my rental properties! They are quick to respond to issues arising from the properties. They are also quick to place high quality tenants. Thank you for all that you do!

My family and I have had the good fortune of working with Scott Sautell and Ben Murphy at SVN Retter & Company over the years. Each of these gentleman have always gone above and beyond the work requested of them to make our dealings not only enjoyable, but efficient and professional as well. There isn't enough time or space here to comment on everything we appreciate about these men. Suffice to say we would definitely recommend Scott and Ben to anyone looking for assistance or guidance in either the residential or commercial real estate realms.

I had s great time working with Amanda. She came out at the last min so I could check out the house, and in about a wk I was moving in. She was a very big help getting me into my place! Thank you again!

Ben has taken total care of my commercial property and tenants for over 6 years and has always been responsive, available, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend SVN Retter and Ben for commercial property management in the Tri-Cities. 5 stars from Gary!
