Anyone can sell a home, but very few can oversee the effective transaction of an individual’s most cared for asset- their homes. Ariel and Orlando not only ensured my wife and I received top dollar in this incredibly hot market, but they also fought on our behalf to give us all the possible incentives on the purchase of our newly built home. You can look elsewhere, but when/if you do, chances are, you might look right back here. Don’t make that mistake and get it right the first time! The Listing Realty is where its at, and they’ll have you smiling on your way to closing!

I am not one to write reviews or share my opinion, but in this case, I felt the need. If you are looking for a home, house, apartment or whatever the case may be, I would highly recommend Ariel Vargas and the entire team at The Listing Realty . They went above and beyond to help me get my first home. If you want the most professional, efficient, effective, understanding and compassionate people around, I would say that you need not look any further. They are the best in their field and I am truly blessed to have had them in my side and everything was done in record time. Incredible people.
