I can speak on my experience with Torey and it was a pleasant one. My husband and I are first time home owners and she was a big help throughout the entire process as our realtor. She’s thorough, honest, and straight forward. I can say that I did feel like she had our best interest in mind and acted as an advocate for us as there were many things we needed to learn throughout the whole process. She handled any complications we had with the sellers well. She was patient and have good communication.

I would not recommend any renter going with this company. After my experience I don’t believe they are credible, trustworthy or have any integrity. Only after they took our money did Torrey discuss with us the issue with the property. That is when the multiple text messages with different numbers started, and of course never through an email (red flag) telling us to sign docs ASAP. The messages were extremely unprofessional as was the realtor who came with a thick pack of papers for us to sign during the walkthrough. She was late and didn’t even introduce herself or acknowledge us. Not to mention the 2 hour drive we took to the office only to find out it is a gated community. Had to park in a random parking lot and was told they would meet us there in 4 hours. FYI- we were told that Torrey doesn't check her emails and as of now i can say we are still waiting for a response from her!

It was such a pleasure to work with Torey and her team. We had some unique requirements when looking for a new home as we were relocating back down to Florida. She went above and beyond my expectations of researching properties and finding listings for us that met our list of needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new property or wanting to sell. Thank you Torey!

Torey and her team have a high level of integrity. I have purchased two homes with her and will continue using her services. She's upfront, to the point, approachable, and if at any time you do not understand something, she'll make sure that you do before any further steps are taken. Put your trust in her experience & expertise, you won't regret it.

There is nothing negative to say about this group! We met them over the phone 5 years ago when we decided to leave New York. Torey went WAY above and beyond for us- helping us both in NY and Florida. Since then we have had 3 other family members use her services with stellar results.nShe is knowledgeable, professional, precise, and ALWAYS available.nI have a few more families looking to move here and there is no one else that I would ever recommend!nBenchmark Real Estate Group builds relationships!
