I had a wonderful experience with an agent at Century 21. He helped me determine a good value for my home and was very knowledgeable about the market and trends in my area. We arrived at a good and fair price. I do not want an agent who tells me my value is higher just to get the listing, then tells me to lower it a couple of months later....

Very horrible customer service. And I repeat.... VERY horrible customer service. I called today to get information on a property and the guy on the phone was like “ you talk too fast. I don’t know what language ur speaking right now. You need to call me back later cuz I don’t have time for this”. I was not on the phone for more than 30 seconds and he made it seem as if I was annoying him. Oh well... remember this is not the only company out here.

Century 21 Premier Elite Realty is the best most knowledgeable real estate company I have ever worked with. I highly recommend this company and the agents. The real estate agents are smart, caring, hardworking and focused on getting the best property available for me. I would only use them to buy or sell my Miami properties
