Mike and Mark were extremely professional and found us the perfect home in Palmetto Bay. Mike listen to what we wanted, showed us houses that we requested, and also showed houses he thought we would like. He showed us a house that we wouldn't have sought out (due to a lack of a pool), but he helped us see the potential. We bought the house and added the pool and we love. We would recommend Mike to anyone.

He knows all the best craftsmen in the area to get your home in tip-top shape before the sale. Listing homes is routine to Mike he has his system down... it works! You can get your fair market value of your home on his website to see your net equity. His daughter Nikki handles buyers and renters and I have only heard good things. She is very knowledgeable in the market as well, and she works very hard for her clients. They're easy to get along with, and they're always looking out for your best interest. 5 stars

Mike sold our home in Cutler Bay in less than a week and helped us buy our new home in Palmetto Bay. His personal attention and knowledge of the area made the process extremely smooth. We had a tight closing window because of planned vacations and seller/buyer needs and he made it happen. He has our highest recommendation.
