I started using Sir Galloway Dry Cleaners, next to KingsBay Publix on US1, and so far have been very pleased. The attendant, Yaima, was very professional and cordial. Covid/mask/gloves precautions are always adhered to. When was the last time you received a hand written and signed 'Thank you for your business' letter, in your mailbox at home?...from ANY business?...My point exactly. It was a very nice touch.nnOf course the real test is in the product. My shirts are nicely cleaned, starched and pressed, no damage, stains, tears or missing buttons, and done on time. I am notified by email when my dry cleaning is done. I really like the drive-up window for convenience too.nnI haven't had to dry clean anything delicate or fancy yet, but when I do, I'm sure it will be done w/o any problems, and will update if needed.nnThank you Yaima for your professional and cordial assistance :)nSir Galloway is fortunate to have you!
I am greeted happily by Yaima every week when I go to pick up and drop off my laundry/dry cleaning. She is very friendly and provides excellent service.
I am greeted once a week in the early morning by Milagros. She asks me about my family and my week. It is amazing to go to a business where they know your name on sight and are eager to make sure your experience is outstanding. I have been coming here for years. They are efficient, quick and greet you with a smile.
