Found items needed, saved money by getting correct items necessary....

Went to this home depot after receiving very poor customer service at the one in Florida city. The difference was day and night. Associate at the door pointed me to the correct aisle helped me pick up the ladder and take it to check out after a brief explanation of how I would be paying for item they quickly understood and checked me out with a smile and no attitude. This is the experience expected by such a big company I hope the Florida city home depot can learn from these great individuals thank you!

I know it's a home improvement store, but why was that place so dirty. From the front door, up and down every aisle, to the cash register area. The cleanest thing in that store was to touchscreen at the self-checkout. The staff was helpful however, I'm wondering why they have the US flag flying at half staff.nnIt would be interesting to know if that was in honor of Rush Limbaugh, and if so, that's a disgrace for a home improvement place to be political.

Home depot at that location, was great, the employee asked if she help me. Very knowledgeable, she new her plant's, very clean I will go back to that location, and it's far away from home, employee care and are courtesy to people spending their money.

The actual stuff had mad quality(mad means good for you old people out there), but the employees were meh. They were helpful, but they were dull and sort of rude. I've been to better.
