Identity has easily been the sole reason of my great college experience. I moved to Identity as a freshman and met my life long friends. There’s never been a dull moment. Not to mention that the staff has made such a scary process of moving out of my house easy and welcoming. I’m 500 miles away from home but identity makes it feel like I never left home. Thank you identity.

I recently viewed the property of Identity Miami and I was pleasantly surprised. The property was very clean and warming. The personnel was very helpful and friendly. We toured the property and I found the decor and social areas to be quiet inviting. I also liked the privacy sections available for reading and studying. I was really impressed!

I am moving into Identity Miami in August and wanted to thank Theodore for such a great tour. The complex has everything a college student could possibly need and very close to campus for students. A safe and clean atmosphere as well. MOST IMPORTANTLY PET FRIENDLY!

Since day one I have been treated with immense care and attention. Sense of community is beyond real, emphasizing how great of a complex it is. I plan on staying here up until 2023 when I graduate because I cannot see myself going anywhere else as a college student, why? I don’t need to.

The building is always kept nice and tidy. My apartment is nice and spacious and all the finishes are super modern. The security guard is always keeping an eye out and that makes me feel safe too. People at the leasing office are pretty helpful and nice as well. Honestly the only con is parking is a pain. My guests have to pay for metered parking and I am still waiting for a parking spot to open up. But besides that, everything is wonderful!
