As a licensed Real Estate professional working for Brickell Realty Group, I have always taken pride in maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. I am sorry that this client feels the way that he states, but his allegations are a misunderstanding of the process and its procedures.nnRegretfully, this is the result, of trying to accommodate to the specific needs of a person during a situation where there was a high degree of uncertainty, and where as usual the decision is not that of the agent, but that of the owner of the property.nnI am contractually committed to follow the owner's instructions and to abide by the procedural guidelines set forth by the State of Florida and the brokerage firm that I work for.nnThis client demanded that I break the rules and professional protocol to cater exclusively to his wishes without taking into consideration that I have to comply with all the rules and to answer to the Owner of the property.nnI apologize to the client if he feels that I should have done otherwise, and would have liked to be able to accommodate and cater to his needs. With this said, I am proud of my record as a professional and reiterate that the allegations are a misunderstanding.
