The cheese steak was beyond soggy. There was little to no meat on it. The gyro had all the sauce on the bottom and all the meat on top and on on side. The Buffalo slider was smaller than normal. The wait was very long.
We really liked their fish sandwiches, when they have them. But can't complain about any of their other sandwiches, at least they're taking their time to make them. The amounts of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and sauce are appropriate, and we really liked the seasoned fries. The customer service was also above par, they were nice and professional, and when we asked for extra ketchup, they actually gave us extra ketchup, it's a miracle!
Worst Arby's I've ever been too. I ordered my meal, they read it back to me, and they still managed to get it wrong. Not even in the same category of food. I won't ever be eating here again. To make things worse, they couldn't even answer the phone when I tried calling to ask about the mix up.
Good food gave me new instead of arby sauce, I found out 20 miles down road.
Some of the better fastfood around .....far as I remember I've never had a bad experience at any Arby's....and I DO like the Ruben sandwich......and obviously the curly fries and sauce flavors are tops not to mention the menu is reasonably priced.
