When we first spoke to Josh we were in the beginning stages of potentially buying our second home. He came highly recommended by our lender and she did not disappoint. Josh is incredible at his job and our entire experience could’ve had a completely different turnout if it wouldn’t have been for him. Buying a second home has more moving parts than buying a first home. We had to figure out if we would rent or just sell and what we were truly comfortable with paying. Josh helped us with all of this. He constantly listened to what we wanted and instead of telling us what was best, he would help us get there on our own. He listened to what was important to us and made sure we were able to get it. He never pressured us, but did help us go over every scenario we were concerned with and helped us realize what was attainable. Whenever we worried and he would say “we got this” we were put at ease because we knew that he meant it & whenever he said it, things just magically worked out perfectly. He not only got our offer accepted once, but twice in this hot market that we are currently in. We got a home exactly where we wanted it and within 30 days. Not only did we get a new home, but we sold our first and got above asking price, and 8 offers in one day with a great appraisal. Oh, and the sale of our home took a ground breaking 2 weeks with an FHA loan, which to me was unheard of. All in all I would recommend Josh with my eyes closed. He is extremely reliable, attentive, responsive and delivers on what he says. If we were to buy other properties he would definitely be the realtor we would call.

You can't ask for a more professional and stand-up guy than Josh. Saying he's a cut above would be an understatement. As a fellow real estate pro, I can tell you without hesitation that if I wasn't in the industry, Josh is who I would contact to list my property for sale and/or help me find one to purchase. He's always there for others, including myself, and instead of asking what you can do for him in return, he'll ask what else he can do to help you. Not all agents are created equal, so if you're able to work with Josh, consider yourself very fortunate and know that you're in the best of hands.
