This is going to be the third property that Chad has helped me rent. I am extremely grateful to have met him because despite how hard it is to lock down a place in Miami, he always gets the job done. Chad never ceases to take action and execute. Truly can't go wrong working with him!

Working with Chad has been a dream come true. At first, like most people, the thought of selling or buying always seems like a headache Taking on this adventure with Chad, I am beyond ecstatic to say it was a breeze. He has guided me every step through the way, made sure to inform me and teach me the ins & outs of each step, prior and post. He is always quick to respond, attentive to detail and on time to any schedule demand. He will work with whatever budget you have to make you the happiest and most financially successful (whether purchasing or selling; I have done both with Chad :D ) I love that he will dedicate the time and effort (even labor lol ) at time to help you succeed with your personal goals in real estate. No one knows the South Florida market like Chad Levin. Gets the job done, efficient, professional, knowledgeable, honest and dependable. When it came time for the inspection and lead based paint was present in a small area of the interior garage, Chad was able to deal with the sellers to handle it. They paid for and removed the lead based paint professionally and timely. When minor details needed to be addressed before closing, Chad was on top of the sellers making sure we had a timely closing. The best of the best! Thank you Chad!

Words can not describe what an amazing realtor and person Chad is! I don't even know where to begin. Chad is a combination of experience, professionalism and compassion. I was one of those nightmare cases where everything and anything that could go wrong did! We came across sooo many wishy washy, incompetent, insensitive and flat out unprofessional people during my process but Chad was in the fight from beginning to end! He remained present organized and was amazing with following up. He was aggressive and assertive when we really needed him to be. He was also fantastic at negotiating and communicating with ALL parties. With over 20 years of experience i was not surprised. We came out with a beautiful single family home that we love and are looking forward to build a family and memories in. You will truly be in good hands and gain a friend/family as we have in Chad.
