I drive far to come here because their customer service and prices are worth it. I got alterations on four items and all four were done in a timely manner, exactly as I had asked, and at a great price. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Will only be coming here from now on.
Amazing experience overall!! I was nervous to bring my boyfriend’s letterman to the dry cleaners due to all of the recommendations online to stay away and do it yourself at home, but I’m so glad I brought it to get cleaned. Mercedes was extremely nice and professional, and best of all, I can wear my boyfriend‘s letterman without smelling like a sweaty football guy. It’s so much cleaner looking for a reasonable price, and overall an amazing job was done!! Thank you and I’ll be letting everyone know that their lettermans are safe at Sir Galloway!
I have been a customer for over 25 years at the Falls location. Everyone who works there knows customers by name. Mercedes, most especially, is friendly, very competent and a huge asset to her company. Anything, from hand -embroidered tablecloths to alterations is handled with care and returned to me in perfect condition. I can’t think of a better run company where customer service is so personal and extends to every aspect of the service.
Great Service. This place really goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my dry cleaning and laundry. My time is important to me and their laundry service has really helped me out when I don't want to spend my Sunday's doing loads and folding laundry and is actually affordable. I sent my laundry in on Thursday and it was washed and neatly folded by Friday! They also return pressed shirts on really nice hangars. Sir Galloway Cleaner's dependable and professional service will keep me coming back.
Just went to get my dress altered at Sir Galloway Cleaners and Mercedes at the front desk was extremely helpful and took care of me right away. Family owned, family run, and family values. Highly recommend for all dry cleaning and alteration needs!
