The Home Depot

Today this Home Depot was super clean. Staff was getting ready for this beautiful day. Requested assistance in the tool section and within 2 minutes 2 members arrived. Super friendly and they knew exactly were the item was (I was in the wrong isle!).nYep early Sunday morning. Enjoy your shopping.

Always busy

Thomas did a great job getting me a replacement toilet seat today. There are other Home Depots closer to my house but I will bring my business to this store from now on because he was so helpful. I hope they give Thomas a raise.

In and out! Needed to get some keys done and was hoping the line was not too long! Well they have a machine and self checkout. Took about 5 minutes to get in and out!!!nPlus...... the keys work!!! Woo hoo... I wanted to start dancing!!!nAwesome!

Unhelpful. I used the minute key machine to copy my house key but my first copy didn't drop. When I brought it up to 2 different sales representatives I got the same line that they can't access it. Not a single person seemed concerned or would ask a manager for help. So now I have to buy a new door lock as someone will have a copy of my house key. (Yes I understand it'd be extremely impossible to find the house to the key but at the same time not completely impossible with technology these days)
