Zerorez Tri-Cities

This was our first time using Zerorez. We were very happy with the result. Our carpet stayed very soft, unlike when traditional carpet cleaning was done. Ryan was very personable and efficient. I will definitely use this service next time.

I had my grandmas carpet cleaned and they were able to get stains out and pet odor out that no other cleaning company could! Absolutely great quality! Would highly recommend.

I would like to leave a review for Jeremy the technician that cleaned my carpets in Kennewick Washington. He was very polite and professional. He removed some stains i had on my carpets and said if they reappear to call him back.I may have paid a little more, but i would rather not use chemicals on my carpets.
