Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning Tri-Cities WA

I just bought a new house and the first thing I did was have Heavens Best out to clean my carpets. I scheduled an appointment after my expected closing date but the house didn’t close on time. I called and talked to Jessica and she was great. She got me all fixed up with a new appointment.nnI was very happy with David the gentleman who came and did the actual work. He did a great job and actually got a bunch of spots out I expected to be there till I replace the flooring. He was courteous and efficient and I look forward to his next visit.nnI will definitely use Heavens Best again and think you will be very happy with the work they do and the service they give.

HAVE USED HEAVEN'S BEST FOR OVER 15 YEARS AT HOME AND WORK. THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I'm sad to say my husband and I didn't get the experience we expected. We had them come out and shampoo about 2,200 Sq. Ft of carpet only to have them return for a second time to try and get the stains out they missed. We just bought our house and the owners before us didn't take care of the carpet. As we started moving stuff in I noticed more and more stains that were missed. How can you miss stains that are clearly visible?? They were hard and crispy (as if no one had actually tried to get the stains out). I paid a sum of money just for someone to come in and run a shampooer over my carpet. Had I known that's what this business was all about I would have gone with someone else. I could have done the job myself renting a shampooer from a local store in town. Not to mention I was quoted a cheaper price over the phone, they had even called me back to let me know it was going to be cheaper because our house was empty but when they showed up we were charged 80 dollars more because they forgot to add the dinning room? I read the reviews on this site and thought it was a good place to go with. I always read reviews and usually my chances turn out pretty good.
