Absolutely fantastic service, and my carpets never looked better! Very professional, yet very friendly, and outgoing. Quick response to my inquiry, and scheduling was super easy. Arrived ON TIME, and after a quick walk through of all areas to be cleaned, they went straight to work, and did an amazing job! I highly recommend Nova Steam, and they are my go to company from now on. Locally owned is a huge plus!! Thank you for a great job!

I saw Novasteam on a Facebook ad running a special on 3 rooms. My carpets could use a good clean, but my real worry was my sofa. I bought a big ol' sectional in May, just 4 months ago and my 6 lil terrors WREKT it! It had ink stains, ice cream spills, coffee spills, wine spills (ok, so that one was me), pee spots from the bab taking off his diaper faster than we could grab him, etc. Kids are fast, sneaky, and messy.nSo Auntie said she'd sponsor my sofa cleaning. Then she heard about the 3 room deal and said she'd sponsor the carpets too! Yeah, I know, I'm spoiled by by darling Auntie.nnNovasteam responded to all of my messages quickly when I was asking about pricing and scheduling, arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment, and was completely NOT intimidated by six kids worth (and one occasionally tipsy mama's worth) of carpet and sofa sludge. He was very encouraging and up front about which stains he figured would come out easily and which he was doubtful would come out with anything less than a literal miracle. I dig honesty. He got right down to work & knocked out everything as quickly as one man could! He even squeezed in the area rug for just a little more. He was great working with and around the kids and I'd definitely use them again!

Outstanding service! Technician walked through with light to find problem areas, treated everything, finished quick and our 16 yr old carpet looks brighter and brand new! I've used other companies, none compare! And the price was nearly 1/2 of what I expected. I will refer and use Nova Steam for all future needs. Great job! Thank you so much!

Definitely recommend! Our carpets look amazing! I was worried because We had several pet stains from our puppy lab but they were able to get them up and our carpets look like new. They also used special treatments where other companies usually won’t do that. Awesome customer service. Very professional highly recommend!

The gentleman that cleaned our house not only showed up early, but was extremely professional and kind. He was open and answered every question we had. He also went so far as to explain some of the cleaning process as we watched. The job was done in a timely manner despite all of the rooms that needed cleaning. I would recommend these cleaners to anyone and everyone looking for pet odor and stain removal. Our carpets felt very clean and looked alive again.
