Kevin, the owner let us know he could come earlier and that was just great with us. We were able to text him when we got home and he showed up, ready to work about 10 minutes later. He was careful about protecting hoses around doorways and thorough about cleaning the carpet and rugs. Friendly, professional and quality work, you can't ask for more than that. This is the third time we have had Continental out and they will continue to have our business.
They do a great job with carpets! Their service and follow up with stains is wonderful. They treated the stains as they came in, then cleaned the carpet thoroughly. They then scotch guarded our high traffic areas. Chris promised us that he would be back if the stains reappeared or if we had new spills that needed to be spot treated. Great guy, great service. I highly recommend Continental for quality of cleaning, and for professionalism..
We are so impressed by the results. Our carpets look so much better! We had our carpets cleaned several years earlier by another cleaner and were very disappointed that they didn't look much different. We were happily surprised by the amazing difference in our carpets when we had Continental Carpet Cleaners come. They literally changed colors from a dark, dirty carpet to a light, clean carpet. They are also very professional. I got a call when they were heading my way, they were on time, friendly and courteous.
My carpeting was well soiled and I was concerned it wouldn’t come clean. But Continental Carpet Cleaning always comes through. It’s beautIful again! And I am thrilled. Kevin and Chris have been cleaning my carpet annually for 8 years Now. I highly recommend this company!
I hired Continental Carpet to stretch and clean my living room carpet and he did a fantastic job. He was responsive and helpful along with doing great work. I will definitely call him again if I need any carpet services.
