I have experienced great service, and the shop owner has become my friend over the years. I get my items back, neat and professionally done. Also, when my 85 year old dad rode the bus to Fred Meyer, he would take shirts and slacks to be washed, pressed and sometimes altered. She was very kind to him and still asks how he is. I really appreciate her in my daily rounds as I keep house and home running!
I took my couch cushion there and thought 30 dollars was an excessive price. I took the same cushion back again and one of the couch back pillows (significantly smaller) and they charged me 80 dollars. They cleaned the first cusion well but im afraid the prices have lost my business.
I turned my shirts in and received a receipt for $11.40. On Saturday I picked them and the owner wanted to charge $28.57. Even though I showed the receipt she would not honor the price. She charging three times the rate of green cleaners on 27th. Unbelievable!! Liar and cheat
