It's kept very clean and orderly - both the landscape and inside the apartments. There's less than a 5 minute stroll to the beach but they also keep a pool and hot tub nearby. You can spot alligators, iguanas, and salamanders around the community area and they don't bother you. Expect to see a variety of birds like pelicans, crows, and woodpeckers. Sometimes there's rabbits around too. Low tides reveal new shells to collect and some are pretty cool.nnThe apartment itself is organized and sanitized before arrival. That makes it much easier to leave things as they were once you leave. Bike rentals and affordable restaurants are nearby as well as a convenience store and gas stations. It's easy to feel at home with the comfortable beds that don't squeak, and the art on the walls. Appliances in the kitchen were in working ordernn10/10 Would stay here again.

It’s a very nice place. My favorite area is the pool area. The ocean view is great. Last year when I came here there were ants coming out of this broken tile in the kitchen of our condo, and they were eating our food! Fortunately, they fixed it by the time we left.

Amazing facility, great condos, great beach, comfortable and clean pool and spa, and cool little crafts that kids can do. The whole experience is something else.

I rented a condo here way back when. Each one is different, so I can talk to the amenities. Pool is nice, and there is easy access to the beach. Was lots of fun!
