Still our favorite spot to stay on Sanibel. Great location, helpful and attentive service. Most suites remodeled and updated. Nice pool and hot tub. Friendly iguana and alligator ud83dude01. Lots of lounge chairs too. Large beach with cabanas, volleyball, and of course great shelling.
Our family trip was excellent stayed in A36 and A35 and the rooms were beautiful!! GREAT VIEW!!! well worth every dollar!!!! Definitely will be taking another trip back there soon...

This company is horrible. We made a reservation for a stay at a condo more than 6 months in advance, and as soon as the reservation was paid in full we were informed that the condo was no longer available due to alleged unexpected maintenance and construction. Initially, they were not going to work with us to find another condo, but we complained and they agreed to give us a different condo at the same location. However, less than a month from when we are scheduled to fly in and arrive, they are now again saying that unexpected construction and maintenance have popped up again and our modified reservation is no longer available. They are NOT being helpful to find other accommodations. They have lied to us, and now we are not sure when we will even recover our money. This company is horrible.
