Very good location with private access path but across the road to the main beach. Nice but smaller size heated pool and grills. One tennis court . No lights so not much to do here. Big, clean condos with full kitchens but do not expect luxury here.

I love it here! Really feels like a home away from home. We have stayed in unit 16 twice. Unfortunately that one was not available during our trip this year so we stayed in unit 19. This unit isn't as loved as the other one. The kitchen is the best part with it's beautiful backsplash and updated cabinets but we feel the denim sofas are not attractive for a beach condo vibe as well as the hotel style bedding. Really would like to see more updates. However the heated pool, gas grills, and landscape is wonderful. Very kid friendly and love the short walk to the beach!

The house 19 was great, my family and I were on Sanibel for a week and had lots of fun rotating from beach to pool. Loved the kitchen, Very updated. And we enjoyed our cost and can't wait for the next trip!

The condo is beautifully decorated and had many extra amenites. We enjoyed staying there.
