This is our third year renting a house on Sanibel through SBL. Escaping the northern winters to this island paradise is a highlight of our year, and dealing with SBL is icing on the cake. Issues invariably arise over the course of a month and SBL's staff (shoutout to Carly Price!) consistently exceeds our expectations. They are an extraordinarily personal, friendly, helpful, and responsive group who genuinely value their customers. We never hesitate to call with a question, concern or request because we know they truly care about us and will do whatever it takes to help make our Sanibel experience the best it can be. Thanks to SBL for another great year!

Sanibel Vacations makes it easy to enjoy everything about your stay. They help find the best home or condo depending on your needs, and they will work with you to make it perfect! The staff is so easy to communicate with; for example they just mailed me a box of items I had left in a drawer at the home we rented this summer. I highly recommend SBL for all vacation needs and planning!

I have been renting through Rob since He only had a few rentals available.nnThe first time we met at a coffee shop and I put a deposit down for a condo in Spanish Cay. When I returned to the condo we had rented from Royal Shell my wife thought I was nuts to put my trust in this unknown person.nnEver since we have been renting from Rob in Spanish Cay and have been 100% satisfied with the service and friendly greetings we have enjoyed since.nnSpanish Cay is indeed a hidden gem on Sanibel the people are friendly and happy hours are welcoming. We have made numerous friends and that is what keeps us coming back every year. Oh and the pool and beach.
