This is the first time I have used a local agency to rent a condo on Sanibel. All I can say is they exceed all our expectations. They made it a priority that we have a good stay and our accommodations were just right. They made sure we had travel insurance in case we were unable to come due to covonavirus outbreak or infection. We highly recommend them.

Select Vacation Properties is a uniquely professional yet intimate management company located on Sanibel Island. We are owners of a condominium on the island, and have used SVC for a number of years. The owner, Patience, is knowledgeable, responsive, intelligent, and hard-working. She is always on top of everything, and provides a personal touch to both owners and guests. Her staff, which has grown quite a bit in the past few years, are absolutely top-notch. There are no phone mazes to navigate when you call SVC; you will get a live human every time you reach out....a novelty in today's increasingly corporate and impersonal environment. Excellent customer service really makes a difference, and SVC provides it consistently.

Excellent Property! Clean and Updated. Great Location, just 2 blocks away from beach public access. You can either walk or bike to the beach (bikes are included). Every house appliance worked perfect. Pool was well heated. Christopher and all the Select Vacation Properties team are excellent! Thank you for a memorable vacation.

Select Vacation properties SAVED OUR VACATION!!!!nWe hadn't had a vacation in over 7 years and were looking forward to our trip to Sanibel island. We rented through another company and it was a disaster! 3 days in to our vacation we had to check out of our original rental. Select vacations stepped in and saved the day! They checked us into a beautiful condo at Loggerhead Cay and our vacation finally felt how we imagined . Chris at Select Vacation Properties helped us out of jam when we ran into problems with a property we rented through another company in Dec 2017. He got us into a great unit at Loggerhead Cay and gave us a very fair price. The unit was perfect. I would definitely go through the company again in the future.
