We had a wonderful experience at Kingfisher's property in Compass Point on Sanibel Island. The unit was clean, comfortable, conveniently located with great beach access, and stocked with great amenities (beach gear, kitchen wares, washer/dryer, etc). Kingfisher was also very responsive....We had an issue with a clogged shower drain upon arrival, and Kingfisher had it fixed within a few hours (while we had fun at the beach!). I would highly recommend Kingfisher and will definitely rent from them again when returning to Sanibel/Captiva.

I have been vacationing on Sanibel / Captiva for 25 yrs. and have used many property management companies, Kingfisher was great to work with from booking to any questions I had. Responded to emails within minutes each time. Would highly recommend.

We are a family of 5 - and this house was just fantastic. Location to the beach, cleanliness, pool.....we all agreed that this was the best overall location we’ve stayed at. Kingfisher is a great property management group, easy to work with. We’ll be back!

This is a wonderful company. They are very responsive to renters, and are also very careful about maintaining the cleanliness and quality of the rental properties they manage. Because they are a small local company, their service is friendly and personal, and it reflects the relaxed and lovely vibe of these beautiful islands.

Outstanding views and excellent location. Condo was very clean and everything was in 100% working order. King size bed and couch are VERY comfortable. The views from the balcony are outstanding. Rented bikes for the week and easy & safe access to paths. Our family had a blast!!
