My name is Michael Drew when I was in the market for buying a home at 28 years old I chose Danny Torchia as my realtor.He was so very helpful through out the whole process when couple houses I was looking at buying fell through Danny never gave up on helping. Even when a few loan agencies wouldn’t approve me for a loan because I’m on a budget Danny stood behind me all the way until he found me a loan agent that could help me and approve me. So yes I would definitely choose Danny torchia again if I’m ever in the market of buying or selling again

We knew from our first encounter that Danny was going to get us where we needed to be, even though we had some hurdles to overcome. Danny was a phone call away, day or night. He’s passionate about what he does and goes the extra mile to explain the process and provides his honest opinion the whole time. After a very lengthy struggle with the lender, Danny helped us close last week. He does what he says he’ll do and we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Danny for being a part of the family.

Danny was an excellent realtor to work with. We were always informed of anything that was going on. Any requests we had were met immediately. He knew we were on a time frame to sell because we were moving. Danny had the house sold in less than a month for the price we were looking for. Could not ask for anything better.
