We recently listed a house with Jay Tatman. Within 2 days he had had a video produced of the property and had the property in MLS. Within 9 days, we had an offer, and Jay successfully negotiated the offer up several thousand dollars. Jay scheduled the inspector and the appraiser, worked with us to rectify the few things the inspector noticed, and then worked with a complicated lender to close the sale with no problems. Then he called me the day after closing to remind me to d/c the power from our names.nI referred him to a friend, who wanted to sell her house but lived on a street that had 5 houses for sale with none selling. Jay did a market analysis, recommended a fair market value, produced a marketing plan, and within 2 weeks, brought a qualified buyer to the table. Closing is pending.nWe highly recommend this man ( and now friend) as a realtor.
