Only been here one time. So far great customer service, as far as pricing goes, they were a little higher than the other stores but I went here because it convenient. The parking lot is very accessible
Tri-Cities lumber is great I work for a local contractor and their customer service is really great and they help us out all the time I recommend it to anybody
Needed lumber to construct the structure portion of our porch railing. Looked around town and found what we were looking for at Tri-City lumber. Nice place, good quality lumber. If you are looking for good quality lumber give them a try.
Horrible customer service! It's as if the employees working the desk build up their ego by talking down to others. I wont spend a dime in this store. Customer service is not hard.. and it goes a long way in supporting return customers. Spend some time there, you'll pick up on their attitude pretty quick.
I went there to get some trim for my Mom's house I was working on. There prices are higher then any lumber company in town,went there because it was closer to my Mom's. I asked if the could cut the 16 ft in half so it would fit in my truck ,yes for a buck I was told, I will drive farther for better customer service and prices.
