(James) the head maintenance man is the worst maintenance man i have ever met. I over heard him speaking ill on a few tenants. Mostly African Americans! I was thinking of moving my parents in there until I heard that there is that much prejudice to the people that live there just because he is needed for, get this MAINTAINANCE! Needless to say I will be finding another place for them to live...

It's roach infested..extremely haunted. Alot of the units don't have airconditioning
