Burgandy was knowledgeable of local properties and fair market value. She was very responsive to my questions and helped me sell my 5 acre wooded lot for a fair market value that was acceptable to me and was good for maintaining fair market value for property owners in the region. The online contracts and forms were easy to understand, sign, and submit. The sale of my property with Burgandy’s professional assistance was a highlight for 2020 (sale initiated in December 2020 and closing in January 2021). Thank you Burgandy!

Burgandy is quick to start getting you into a home you love. Very professional when dealing with your budget and wants in a house. Emails are always returned and she will always fast to answer a phone call. Her assistant will be up to date on our details as well. Working with Burgandy you are never left feeling like you are only a commission, she leaves you knowing you received the best and fair representation. That's how we feel after she found us a home for our daughter. She was the second realtor I called as the first just turned me off like my small budget was not worth the time....well now we are looking for more property with Burgandy.

She sold us our first home, listed it and sold it for us and also sold us our second home if that tells you anything! She’s the best. Very personable and trustworthy. She makes sure you get the best deal for your home.

WOW. If you are even remotely interested in buying or selling, Burgandy needs to be your number 1 choice. Burgandy helped us purchase our very first home, and everytime push came to shove she was there to hold our hands...literally. She was a constant encouragement through the whole process and made sure she was doing everything in HER power to get us into OUR home. She is a hard and dedicated worker. She really cares about her buyers and sellers and believe me, it shows. She is #myrealtor and if you know what's good for you, you will make her yours too.
