I'm the seller, they handled the listing. As both a broker and on-site sales person for about 30 years I found my agent the worst in terms of responsiveness. Would not recommend him.

Firstly Jennifer is wonderful and I would recommend using her directly but the office is not. I found a listing on Trulia and set up a meeting to see the property. Trulia called me and said someone who represents the property would reach out to me next. They didn’t tell me we are setting you up with a new agent. Without informing me, Trulia had Pristine Properties (PP) show up to be my agent but I have a agent that was just not available to come that day. Here’s where the office got unprofessional-nnWhen I told PP that I already had an agent they were rude and unprofessional via text, as if I was trying to screw over their agent when it was a big misunderstanding. No one told me I’d be assigned an agent. I assumed I was speaking to the sellers agents. I wouldn’t want to waste anyone’s time but I was never informed. I had to block that number bc they kept texting with sarcastic and passive aggressive remarks.

Don't waste your money and time. Poor communication, was left hanging two weeks before closing, no idea what was going on. Gave them too many chances to get it done, took bad advise to get different loans, closing never happened. LONG story short, go elsewhere.

You want an excellent real estate agent who will go the extra 5 miles for you, ask for Kathleen Shannon. This lady always was there . If she did not answer, she always promptly returned my calls, email or text and I was in PA. When I had a question, I always got an answer, maybe not what I wanted to hear, but always the truth..She worked hard from start to finish and I am talking over a 2 month period. I don't know what she was paid, but it should be doubled. Thank you and I know I was not always easy.

My wife and I strongly recommend Bethany Mayo at Pristine Properties for the next time you buy or sell your home. Bethany is more than a Real Estate Agent. She is an advocate for you and a champion on your side. We could not have hoped for a better person to help us get in to our new home.
