ace hardware

I have loved Ace for years. I loved that they repaired and serviced Stihl chainsaws, the guy was fantastic. The last 4-5 months most of the good employees left for better opportunities. I brought chains in to sharpen and I received back the wrong ones twice. The last visit about a months ago I needed new gear for chainsaw. The charged to look the machine over when I knew what it was. Then yesterday started it up and chain flew off. The screw or clip on the gear that they replaced was missing. This is just one incident another time needed a bolt, got a young kid that knew less then me. I hear the same story from friends, that are now traveling elsewhere for their hardware needs. Managers, owners wake up!!!! You have to pay good employees what they are worth. You are loosing a lot of customers. I will not be back.

Nice store, clean. Nice people too. Really busy while I was there, rather spend my money local than at a big box store.

Super nice & willing to help with anything. I had a broken car key and not only did they save me 300$ , they spent an hour picking apart the old one to fix it for the new one. Super kindhearted people

Store is always clean. Staff is always helpful and shelves are always full.
