Why use a realtor? We are working on our 3rd home with Sharon, not to mention a house we had problems with in another state that she helped us with. She was helping us with a purchase. First you need an honest realtor, which she is. She looks out for her clients! We had issues with a dishonest realtor that was not getting us top dollar, and was doing something illegal. Sharon guided us through that and we came out ahead thanks to her! That’s what a GOOD realtor will do.nMost people think realtors let you in a house to look around. What they miss is the legal liability, the comps, inspections, appraisals and making sure your biggest legal purchase goes smoothly. There’s a lot of work that goes into it. They know the questions to ask, and the things to look for in a home that the even somewhat experienced person might not know to ask, especially if they are new to the area.nSharon knows the area and does her research. She’s a wonderful person and a phenomenal realtor. I will always use her because I trust her and I will always recommend her because she has PROVEN herself to be the best around. Know the importance of a good realtor and give Sharon a call.
