Have lived here 5 years very quiet, apartments are well kept. If you want good neighbors and friendly staff who are very helpful I'm disabled and they always go out of there way for me if I need help. If your looking for good place to live. Call Vanessa or Hazel or Emily at Holly Cove Apartments there the best. Think Holly Cove for your next apartment home.nnI’m currently in the process of signing my new lease year 6 here I come and my opinion has remained the same it is always a pleasure when I have to call the office weather I’m speaking with Emile or Vanessa or Hazel it’s always such a pleasure there warm caring and compassionate demeanor is always well received and heartfelt they should be commended there hard work and if I’m calling in a work order Barry is there within the day to check on the problem and to resolve it way to go two thumbs up on the great job. Thanks for all your hard work.

So far I enjoy living here, it is a reasonable price and easy to access the mall and food. I just wish the car wash area worked. Every time i try to visit it seems like it’s always off or disconnected.

Worse place I've ever lived in. We put down a big deposit and it is $350 per dog. So that was another $700 for both our dogs. The carpet was old when we moved in and after finally moving out of there four years later, we were charged for the carpet and countertops even though we passed two inspections!! I asked what they were looking for and I was told they were looking for broken items that need to be replaced. About two months later I get a charged for almost $400! And it was to replace the carpet that was already old when I moved in which we were told at the beginning that they would change. They cannot be trusted or counted on.

Friendly and family oriented community, clean and a very good location and convenient to the interstate, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Lay out of Apartments are great and spaces.
